I bought a friend a preorder copy on Amazon for $22 with guaranteed arrival on the sale date, plus a $5 coupon to buy something else in August.
I was at the library today picking up a hold, and there was a sign saying all Deathly Hallows holds were at the counter, rather than out where anyoen could grab them.
I imagine those first 500 are coming back pretty fast, though.
